Services
Premier Spa of Murray provides medical aesthetics, wellness, and spa services including Botox, Daxxify, and Jeuveau neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Morpheus8 skin tightening and body contouring, CoolSculpting Elite, EmFace, EmSculpt Neo, EmSella, Hydrafacials, customized facials, peels, brow and lash services, scalp restoration, hair restoration, laser hair removal, Clarity II laser treatments, hormone therapy, vitamin and peptide therapy, and weight loss programs. When you opt into our messaging program, you may receive appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-up communications, and — with your separate consent — promotional messages about special offers and new services. Information provided on our website is informational and not a substitute for professional medical evaluation.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online through our Vagaro booking system or by phone. A cancellation fee of $50 applies to no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Please arrive on time.
Payment and Fees
Payment is due at time of service. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Check, Cash, and HSA/FSA. Pricing may change at any time.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (270) 917-5555. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
