6 month membership required. Retatrutide or Tirzepatide (known as Mounjaro for diabetes and Zepbound for weight loss). Includes weekly injections, initial labs and every six months thereafter as needed. Feel free to come in for your injections or we can send home a month long supply for you if you prefer. Goal weight loss of no more than 2 pounds per week in order to maintain muscle mass and metabolic rate.
